It's becoming fairly clear that former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales lied and that Kyle Sampson lied and that Harriet Miers and Josh Bolten and even Karl Rove will have to testify. It's not at all clear that any of these developments will lead to any serious consequences for the wrongdoers in question as they slow-walk their way toward justice.

These things make me burn with rage at this outrageous presidency that we have had to suffer through for the past 8 years. When Russia is reverting back to policies that cut down human rights and free press and a the right to a fair trial, we have a president trying to act unilaterally trying to single handedly change our system of government. The fight between the two parties is annoying, but I look to the one party system of China (yes, I know communissm) and thank God that we have people working for the public good regardless of party. A Republican can try to get help for his state and a Democrat can get help for his. Divided, we talk about what our country needs from different perspectives. That is a good thing. Unfortunately, sometimes the debate is Gay Marriage when we need to be talking about regulating Wall Street or banks or a War in a country we should have never invaded.
